Metro Tubing Co is a wholesaler dealing in a wide range of products, a majority of which come with a warranty/guarantee, while some do not. We request our customers to kindly check for such warranty/guarantee before making a purchase. In case a product comes with a warranty/guarantee, it would be as specified by the manufacturer of the product. While we, at Metro Tubing, will assist you and invest all effort in helping you receive a replacement product, the final decision is taken only by the manufacturer and Metro Tubing cannot be held liable in such an occurrence. For our own products and brands, we ensure prompt replacements or refunds in valid cases, and after due inspection of returned products.
Our existing clients enjoy credit facility due to our lasting relationships with them. This credit facility is decided and differs from case to case, depending on various factors. If you foresee regular (monthly) requirements of hardware tools, please call us and we will work out the best possible deals for you. Our credit facility is not available to new customers (first-timers), unless they have been strongly recommended by one of our existing customers.
Product Return Policy
Products once purchased, can still be returned to us in case of a valid grievance. We would be happy to assist you in this regard. Customers are requested to ensure that the products are still unused and that the a copy of the original purchase receipt has been preserved. For exchanging products, you can visit us between 1.00PM and 4PM noon. This will help us assist you better due to lower number of customer footfalls during the said time.
